DOUBLE PADDLE MIXER

Description:

Double shaft paddle mixer is a Batch Mixer with two parallel drums each with counter-rotating shafts that are equipped with paddles fixed at a pre-determined angle.

Paddles agitate materials with higher speed than critical rotation speed. Agitation of paddles can make materials up to the highest point of the parabola. We call this highest point non-gravity point, so we also call this mixer non-gravity mixer.

Function:

Counter rotation of the overlapping paddles result high mixing efficiency. With higher speed than critical speed, WZL Double shaft paddle mixer promotes a homogeneous mix independent of different particle sizes and density of the ingredients. This design gives gentle low shear forces and thus can crush small clumps.
