VERTICAL RIBBON MIXER

Description:

There are outer ribbon and inner screw in the conical tank. Outer ribbons elevate the material along tank wall and inner screw drive material upwards, so materials can be even mixed.


When discharging, outer ribbons clean the material sticky to tank wall and inner screw drive the material out. Due to cone shape of tank, even material with low fluidity can come out from bottom discharge easily and no leftover after discharge.

This mixer is especially suitable for mixing the material of low fluidity.
